Tell us about your family…spouse, kids, pets?
I am married to the love of my life Scott. We have two grown children, Jacqueline, who lives in Florida and Zachary who is attending WVU. We have three dogs, Roscoe & Reggie who are both 16, and Fergie who is 6.
What is your title or role at HBC?
Operations Manager
Give a brief description of what you are responsible for…
I am responsible for maintaining the records/monthly budget reports, keeping up with the day-to-day office tasks/bill pays/inspections, as well as helping the deacons and reporting to the elders. I also serve on the Finance Team.
What do you love most about what you do at HBC?
I love accounting work, and being able to do that work for Highlands is a blessing to me.
What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
It is very hard to pick just one as there are so many that I go to at any given time in my life. A couple of my top verses would be Deuteronomy 31:8, Isaiah 41:10. These verses are comforting and bring me peace, quieting my mind to know that God is always there in all circumstances.
How long have you been attending HBC?
Since its inception!
What 3 things do you do for fun outside of HBC?
Go on walks with my husband/dogs, Facetime my kids, hike with friends.
