Tell us about your family…spouse, kids, pets?
I’ve been married to my best friend for 32 years. In that time we’ve had 3 children – all of whom live here in Vernon, two of which attend Highlands Bible Church.
Give a brief description of what you are responsible for…
Elders are responsible for shepherding the flock and teaching solid doctrine.
What do you love most about what you do at HBC?
Being in construction, I enjoy using my skills and connections to not only maintain the property the Lord has provided but also work with the Elders to suggest, schedule and organize improvements to the property as well.
What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God” I love this verse because it is a reminder to me to not get so wrapped up in the busyness and struggles of this world but rather take a step back, pause and turn it over to the One who has it all under control.
How long have you been attending HBC?
Since the beginning.
What 3 things do you do for fun outside of HBC?
I enjoy hunting, golfing and boating with family and friends. I so love the outdoors.
