Married to my wonderful husband Scott for 12 years. We have two adult children and one dog.
What is your title or role at HBC?
Operations Manager
Give a brief description of what you are responsible for…
I am responsible for maintaining the records/monthly budget reports, keeping up with the day-to-day office tasks/bill pays/inspections, as well as helping the deacons and reporting to the elders. I also serve on the Finance team.
What do you love most about what you do at HBC?
I love accounting work, and being able to do that work for Highlands is a blessing to me.
What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
It is very hard to pick just one as there are so many that I go to at any given time in my life. A couple of my top verses would be Deuteronomy 31:8, Isaiah 41:10, Psalm 131. These verses are comforting and bring me peace, quieting my mind to know that God is always there in all circumstances.
How long have you been attending HBC?
Since it’s inception!
What 3 things do you do for fun outside of HBC?
Spending time with my husband and kids, working out daily, going on walks/hikes, reading and doing sudoku!
